For Christmas products the order deadline is 01.11.2025. Orders placed after this date may not arrive before Christmas.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, reshipping can be arranged. Additional shipping fees will apply.

Products are perishable and made to order, so they are non returnable and non exchangeable.
4.2 Damaged parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and attach clear photos of the parcel and the items. We will assist with a carrier claim and offer a suitable solution subject to availability.
5. Allergens and storage
Our gingerbread and sweets may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as gluten, eggs, dairy and nuts. Storage instructions are provided on the label. Please follow them to maintain product quality.
